This last year and a half I started taking yoga more seriously. Since then I have tried many different classes, all over the United States. My favorite is always Ben’s class. He is so consistent and on point. His flow is always perfect.  He pays attention to his students. He helps us adjust when we are not in proper position.  I have never even thought about going on a retreat or ever really wanted to until Ben decided to have one! I’m so grateful that he has really helped me fall in love with yoga.
