My name is Ben Oliveri and my yoga journey began a decade ago, sparked by a back injury sustained during my college athletic career. Back then, yoga was a sporadic practice, a fleeting escape from pain.

Years later, as I traveled through Europe and South America, I deepened my practice. The consistent routine grounded me, offering both physical and mental relief.
​
Then came 2020. The pandemic halted my travels and threw my life into uncertainty. Laid off from two jobs and facing a number of other challenges, my mental health took a toll. Desperate for solace, I turned to my mat- and it was on that mat that I found a sanctuary. Each yin class melted away my anxiety, each restful night restored my energy, and each practice brought me closer to myself.

​Now, I’m passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga with others. I teach a variety of styles—from invigorating vinyasa to calming yin and restorative myofascial release—to help students find balance, peace, and confidence.
